In the second Robot Survival Game, eight games took place such as:
Extermination Fight (destroy the enemy completely):
Each team fights to destroy the enemy completely within five minutes.
The winning team has the larger number of surviving robots after five
Flag Fight: Each team fights to shoot down the flag in enemy
territory. The winner is the team that shoots down the enemy flag within
five minutes, or the team which has the larger number of surviving
robots after five minutes if a flag is not shot down.
Duel Fight: Two robots battle it out in the field.
Panasonic’s Evolta batteries set a new world record last year
for travelling 3.726 km at LeMans, France.
This year, Panasonic will try to set another world record by
travelling from Tokyo to Kyoto (that’s 500 km/310 miles) with its
new robot ROBO-GARAGE. The 53 stations of Tokaido on the
road will serve to recharge the batteries. The “race” started
September 23rd and will continue through December 10th.
