Telepresence robots have one major stumbling block that
prevents them from occupying the office cubicle next to yours
— and it's not the human-versus-machine interface that you
might think. It's a problem of economics. In the telepresence
robotics marketplace, the philosophy has been go large or go
home — large, in this case, means cost.
