University OTTO XL. The sixth place prize included $300.
In addition to developing skills in presentation,
system design, and overall engineering, the goal of the
ASC events is to spark interest in STEM (Science,
Technology, Engineering, and Math) education.
As the number of spectators present for this annual
competition has grown significantly over its eight years,
the event has been able to highlight the increasing level
of student talent, sophistication, hard work, and
ingenuity emerging from leading universities and
