Global Specialties has introduced five new models to its line of electronic educational kits. These kits are
a fun and inexpensive way to learn electronic circuits and
controllers. They may be assembled by soldering to the
included PCB or without soldering on any Global Specialties
Trainer or solderless breadboard (not included).
Detailed assembly instructions are included with each
kit; some come pre-assembled. Practice soldering skills then
let creativity run wild with unique real world applications.
All models come with a 90 day warranty and are RoHS

3/8” X-Rail Gusset
ServoCity now has available 3/8” X-Rail gusset for $3.99 (two-pack). These 90 degree aluminum brackets are an
excellent way to create or beef up joints when using X-Rail.
They measure 3/8” from the mounting surface to the
center of the mounting hole so that you can fasten two
overlapping pieces of X-Rail to one another, or you can make
a more conventional 90 degree joint by placing two X-Rail
pieces on the same plane, extending in opposite directions.
Spur Gear Motors
Also now available from ServoCity are spur gear motors with encoders, priced at $26.99.
The 5200 Series gear motors are a higher torque
alternative to their popular precision
spur gear motors.
These motors come equipped
with relative quadrature encoders for
closed feedback loop speed control
or position control applications.
You can also just supply power
to the motor wires for more simple
builds that only require speed
