The Robotics Inventors Club (RIC) is comprised of students who have completed a unique curriculum taught by Infamous Robotics LLC ( www.InfamousRobotics.com) during summer
camps. All the students completed the core levels of the
Robotics Expansion summer camps which prepared them to
build a real robot (not from kits) to solve a real world
problem. The group was mentored throughout the process
by executives from Infamous Robotics.
The Robotics Expansion camps prepare the students in
everything from prototyping circuits in real world robotics
applications to programming in the C language. Students
then separate into three teams: the Electrical Engineers; the
Mechanical Engineers; and the Software Engineers. While it
is called The Robotics Inventors Club, it is actually amazing
to watch because it is more like a robotic start-up company
run by children.

The Robotics Inventors Club — a group of elementary age school students
(ages 8-12) — has developed an intelligent robot called A.N.A. A.N.A.
(Autonomous Nurse Assistant) is designed to assist nurses in hospitals by
delivering water, medicine, and food to patients with highly contagious
diseases such as Ebola. The goal of the robot is to minimize the nurse’s
exposure to these patients and help prevent outbreaks.
